Power Smoothie

*Power Smoothie: (I often have this for dinner before an evening
meeting)
3 cups almond, flax or other non-dairy milk
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen berries
1/2 cup frozen mango (can substitute additional berries if no mango—this will make it more
purple!)
2 tbs of raw almond butter
4-5 kale leaves
handful of spinach

In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth
