Ingredients:
3 cups of flax milk (or other non-dairy milk of choice)
1/2 cup blueberries & strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
2 tbs raw almond butter
cinnamon
5 kale leaves
handful of spring mix (or spinach, chard, romaine)
Directions:
Wash berries
Wash greens
Add them to a high-speed blender
Blend until all ingredients are smooth
Notes:
Even though this is a green smoothie, picky people agree: “it
doesn’t taste like dirt!” 🙂 It’s actually quite delicious!
