Yields 8 medium-size balls
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/2 cup mixed seeds (sunflower, chia, hemp, pumpkin)
1 tbsp superfood green powder (any organic brand, I use Food Matters)
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/16 tsp green stevia (or four pitted dates)
Sesame seeds for coating
1. Place the almonds, mixed seeds and greens powder in a food processor and process until combined.
2. Add the nut butter, vanilla extract, stevia and process until well combined.
3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and form into balls.
4. Coat the balls with sesame seeds
5. Place the ball on a flat baking tray, spaced apart, and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until set.
