Makes 20 bite-size candies
Ingredients:
1 cup almond butter
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons raw cacao nibs 3 tablespoons goji berries
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1. Cream almond butter, coconut oil, sugar and salt together in a bowl.
2. Pour mixture into a small baking dish lined with parchment paper and use a spatula to spread evenly.
3. Top with raw cacao nibs and goji berries for at least 2 hours.
4. Once frozen, carefully remove frozen candy by lifting ends of parchment paper.
5. Cut into 1-inch squares and store in freezer separated by parchment paper.
*Note: you will need to let it thaw a little before you cut (to make it bite sized to pop in your mouth).
No breaking of teeth!
